About these terms

This website is operated by the Emirates Council for Balanced Development (ECBD) for Nwat Al Qura, a joint initiative with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, delivered by Brinc.

By using the website you agree to these terms, together with the privacy policy and the accessibility statement, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website

The website is free to use. It gives information about the programme, a way to send enquiries and a link to the registration form. You agree not to:

• access, or try to access, any part of the website or its systems that is not intended for you;
• test, probe or scan the website for vulnerabilities without written permission;
• interfere with how the website works, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
• send unsolicited, misleading or unlawful messages through the enquiry form;
• impersonate any person or entity, or give false information when contacting the programme;
• use the website in any way that breaks UAE law.

Misuse of the website may lead to civil or criminal liability under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Countering Rumours and Cybercrimes.

Enquiries and applications

• The enquiry form is for questions only. Sending an enquiry is not an application for a place.
• Applications are made only through the registration form, which is hosted by Fillout.
• Places are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee one.
• Information you give must be accurate and your own. An application that contains false information may be withdrawn.
• Taking part in the programme is free.
• Programme details on this website, including dates, times and venues, may change. Changes are published here and, where needed, shared with applicants directly.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design, photography and the Nwat Al Qura mark, belongs to ECBD and its programme partners and is protected under Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. The logos of the Ministry of Economy and Tourism and of ECBD belong to those entities.

You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use, or to tell others about the programme, as long as the source is acknowledged and the content is not altered. Any other use, including use of the logos or the programme mark, needs prior written permission.

Links to and from this website

This website links to other websites, including the registration form on Fillout. Those websites are not under the programme's control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not mean endorsement.
