The Nwat Al Qura programme will be delivered across multiple locations, beginning in Al Rams. It supports people who are already running a business within their community, as well as those with an idea they are ready to develop.
The programme takes a practical, hands-on approach. From the first weeks, participants apply what they learn to their own business or idea, test it with real customers, and build a clearer understanding of what works.
Support is tailored to each participant's starting point. Someone developing a new idea, a home baker already selling within the community, and an established workshop exploring a new source of revenue all follow the same 24-week programme, with guidance adapted to their individual business needs.

Starting a business
You have an idea, a skill, or something you already sell informally and want to develop into a more sustainable business. The programme helps you test your concept, build the foundations of your business and work towards reaching paying customers.
What the programme covers for new businessesGrowing an existing business
You are already trading and want to reach more customers, improve margins or explore new sales channels. The programme builds on your existing business performance to strengthen pricing, operations and routes to market.
